Robert Lewandowski (born 21st August 1988 | 185cm) is by many considered to be one of the greatest players of all time. The Polish international rarely has an off game and more often than puts in world-class performances both for his national side Poland and at club level in the Bundesliga. The powerful center forward from Warsaw has all the traits of a top marksman; strength, aerial prowess combined with lethal finishing. In the 2020-21 Bundesliga season, Lewandowski set a high bar for anyone following in his footstep, 41 goals in 29 appearances. That is 1.41 goals per game. A magnificent performance.

Club Career

Lewandowski started out his career in Poland in 2005, playing for Delta Warsaw. He also had stints playing for Znicz Pruszków and Lech Poznań before moving to the German Bundesliga and signing for Borussia Dortmund in 2010. After 131 games and 74 goals for “die Schwarzgelben” he moved to Bayern Munich on a 5-year contract1.

International Career

On September 10th, 2008 he made his debut for the national side. He has gone on the wear the captain’s armband and be the talisman for Poland.
